Hibiscus

Hibiscus, often appreciated for its vibrant flowers and tangy flavour, is a plant with many virtues in herbal medicine. Renowned for its antioxidant properties, hibiscus is a valuable source of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, which helps boost the immune system and protect cells against oxidative stress.

As an infusion, hibiscus is renowned for its beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. It helps maintain normal blood pressure and supports blood circulation thanks to its hypotensive properties. Its anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants, also play a role in protecting blood vessels and maintaining a healthy heart.

Hibiscus also has natural diuretic properties, helping to support kidney function and promote the elimination of toxins. It is also renowned for its refreshing and revitalising action, perfect for moments of relaxation and well-being.

By enjoying an infusion of hibiscus, you can reap the health benefits while appreciating its unique, slightly tangy and pleasant taste. It's an ideal choice for adding a touch of vitality and freshness to your daily routine, while supporting your general well-being.

Marigold

Marigold, also known as Calendula, is a herbaceous plant with exceptional virtues widely recognised in herbal medicine. Its varied medicinal properties make it a precious ally for health and well-being.

Calendula is particularly renowned for its beneficial effects on the skin. Its anti-inflammatory and healing properties make it an effective remedy for soothing skin irritations, rashes and minor burns. Applying calendula topically, as a cream or oil, encourages skin regeneration and helps to reduce redness and inflammation.

In addition to its skin benefits, calendula has natural antiseptic properties that help prevent minor infections. It is often used in preparations for its anti-microbial properties, which support the immune system in the event of injury or infection.

On the digestive front, calendula is appreciated for its soothing effects on the digestive mucosa. It can help relieve gastric discomfort and internal inflammation thanks to its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Calendula is also beneficial for general support of the immune system. When infused, it helps to strengthen the body's natural defences and improve general comfort.

Incorporating calendula into your herbal preparations allows you to take advantage of its skin-repairing properties, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as its digestive and immune benefits. This versatile plant is a real asset for promoting health and general well-being.

Rose

The Rose (Rosa Gallica) is a precious plant in herbal medicine, appreciated for its many benefits. Its petals, rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, are known for their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. They help to calm tension and promote a feeling of inner serenity. Rose gallica is also renowned for its beneficial effects on the skin: it has astringent properties that help tone and refresh the complexion, while providing incomparable softness. As an infusion, it can support emotional and hormonal well-being, contributing to better stress management and overall balance. Used topically, it nourishes and revitalises the skin, leaving it radiant and harmonious.

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus is a plant renowned in herbal medicine for its many virtues. Its leaves, rich in essential oils, are particularly prized for their decongestant and antiseptic properties. Eucalyptus helps to clear the respiratory tract in the event of coughs, colds or sinusitis, making breathing easier. It also has anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties, making it invaluable for soothing bronchial ailments. As an infusion, it provides a sensation of freshness and well-being, while supporting the immune system against winter infections.
