Advices

Infuse: 1-2 teaspoons per cup in 200ml of water at 90°C for 7 to 10 minutes.

Sit comfortably with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Rub your hands together, then position them level with your chest, joining your thumbs downwards and your nails to form the outline of a heart.

PS: Don't forget to relax your shoulders, keep your elbows away from your body and your back straight.
