Massage oil - Calm - by Substance Ciel: Sunflower seed and apricot kernel oils, wild lavender, clementine leaf, lavandin super and combava essential oils.

Advices

Infusion Sweet Dreams

Infuse: One tea bag in a cup of 200ml water at 90°C for 7 to 10 minutes. The tea bag can be used 2 times.

Dosage: Up to 3 cups a day (for sleep. drink at least 2 cups at the end of the day and before bedtime.

Contraindications: No contraindications at the indicated doses.

Massage oil - Calm - by Substance Ciel: Not recommended during pregnancy or in case of allergy to essential oils.

Make yourself comfortable, preferably lying down.

Women:

Place your left hand on your lower abdomen, your right hand on your left hand, passing your right thumb under your left thumb.

Men:

Place your right hand on your lower abdomen, your left hand on your right hand, passing your left thumb under your right thumb.

Close your eyes and let your breathing guide you. Practice 10-20 minutes before bedtime.
