Advices

Infuse: 1-2 teaspoons per cup in 200ml of water at 90°C for 7 to 10 minutes.

Dose: 3 cups a day.

Kanishtha Mudra

Sit comfortably in an armchair, with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Gently rub your hands together to awaken the energy, then gently touch the tips of your little fingers, leaving the other fingers free.
Place your hands on your thighs, taking care to relax your shoulders.
Stay like this, breathing deeply 36 times, letting each breath anchor you in a state of inner calm.
