Jin Shin Jyutsu Express Ritual

Sit comfortably with your child, side by side or face to face, in a quiet place. Take a deep breath together, as if you were filling the sails of a boat.
1. Prepare your hands:
Gently rub your palms together to awaken the energy, as if you were creating a ball of magical warmth.
2. Take each finger one by one:
With your opposite hand, take your fingers one by one, so that you can practise simultaneously with your child.
- Thumb: Take your thumb to chase away anxiety and regain calm.
- Index finger: Take your index finger to calm fears and feel safe.
- Middle finger: Take the middle finger to transform anger into joyful energy.
- Ring finger: Take the ring finger to console sadness and open the heart.
- Little finger: Take the little finger to release stress and lighten up.
- Palm: Finish by placing your thumb in the palm of your opposite hand to balance everything.

With each finger, inhale deeply through your nose (like a rising wave), then exhale through your mouth (like the wind in the sails). Repeat 3 to 10 times per finger.
